Noilly Prat® Unveils New MARTINI Menu Experience in Collaboration with Rooftop Mediterranean Restaurant, Seabird

[London, September] 2023 – NOILLY PRAT®, the original French vermouth crafted by the sea, has partnered with rooftop Mediterranean restaurant Seabird on their menu to launch the new tableside martini experience.

The specially curated menu invites guests to experience a Noilly Prat take on one of the most popular and celebrated cocktails, including the signature ‘Seabird martini’. Incorporating Noilly Prat Original Dry, the Seabird martini will be accompanied on the menu by seasonal twists presented and explained to guests by the knowledgeable Seabird staff.

The bespoke cocktails will be served to guests through a unique tableside experience, with each sip designed to evoke the taste of the South of France. Balancing over 20 different herbs and spices, the dry yet distinctly floral flavour of Noilly Prat nods to its roots in the south of France, nestled in the gorgeous area of Marseillan.

Beautifully crafted by the Mediterranean Sea, Noilly Prat was always destined to be paired with seafood. With an array of sea-to-table food offerings available at Seabird, guests can discover a taste of Noilly Prat’s home in Marseillan, South of France by pairing one of the specially curated drinks with seasonal oysters or a selection of seafood plates.

Using a generations-old outdoor maturation process, the taste of a Noilly Prat martini brings with it the salty breeze of an afternoon by the water. The qualities of the vermouth are not just limited to capturing the seafront. The fresh cocktail expressions in Seabird’s menu will evolve with the seasons, demonstrating Noilly Prat’s unique, natural versatility.

The tableside martini menu experience is available at Seabird now. Choose from two tableside experiences on offer; the first includes a bottle of the cocktail served on crushed ice, inside a beautiful oyster shell, to share and enjoy, priced at £48; the second features a chilled bottle of the cocktail poured in front of you by experienced staff and each cocktail serve priced at £5 per serving. Showcasing their passion for provenance, the menu experience will evolve and change seasonally.
